We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family business, so when something isn't right, it's our responsibility, and we make it right that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you ever need to call us.
